commission is locate at center of Phnom Penh on the old land of
Slovakia republic embassy about 4,500 sq.m.. It is the unique site
in Phnom Penh with three old buildings and many big trees exist
before Khmer rouge regime. The architecture renovate by Archetype to
be main office of E.C., main resident for ambassador and the last
one is apartment for E.C. staffs. Therefore landscape design must
create special design for European community and function for new
use of those three building while we concern to keep the big
existing trees that cover old building, represent the time and
history of this land.
